Role Summary
 
A “Project Manager – Mobile Internet Programming (DOTNET)” is responsible for technology aspects of User Experience, Innovation, technical architecture and design of software projects,  delivery with strong UX related technology, thought leadership and customer satisfaction. He should be highly analytical and technologically savvy, with strong architecture, programming, implementation and problem-solving skills.
 
Should have hands on experience working with Microsoft technologies, ASP.NET with C#, MVC, Three-tier frameworks, MSMQ, JavaScript Frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, CSS, Action Scripting, Middleware components, Secure Web-services implementation, Microsoft SQL-Server, MySQL-Server, Stored procedures etc. Should possess excellent skills on WAP, WEB development in dotnet, JavaScript frameworks like Jquery, ExtJs, Dojo, and advanced UI implementation components. Candidates should also have a proficiency in UML Designing using any Software Design tool.
 
Knowledge of WEB/WAP development tools such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Axure, Flash would be a plus.
The ability to pay close attention to detail, develop creative solutions for complex and abstract problems and concentrate for long periods of time are qualities that TIL seek in DOTNET Project managers. Other skills include oral communication, interpersonal, technical guidance and multi-tasking skills.
 
The role is “hands-on” in terms of technical deliverables, program management, technical people management along with organization building responsibility and works on in evolving organizational baselines and initiating process improvements.

Mobile/web User experience, Innovation, Design & Development Role
•    Hardcore Technical lead, Hands on with web and wap development. Able to execute independently as well as lead best practices and mentor a team of Web engineers and other DOTNET, DB engineers:
o    Web Development- ASP DOTNET with C# code-behind, Visual Studio, VSS, JavaScript Frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, CSS, Action Scripting, and Internet Information Services, SSL.
o    Excellent development skills in JavaScript/mobile frameworks like Jquery, ExtJs, Dojo etc
•    Ensures knowledge management of UI/middleware technology assets. Document and update, on a regular basis, repository of knowledge related to User experience, innovation and design.
•    Ensures creation, implementation and adoption of UI and flow for products.
•    Works closely with business, product and creative team to support Visual design activities from technology implementation perspective.
 
 
Profile
Educational Qualification: -
•         Candidate should have qualified engineering degree (M.Tech / BE / B.Tech) in Computer Science or Information Technology, from a premium/reputed Institute.
•         Degree from National Institute of Technology (India) can also be considered.
Work Experience: -
•         Candidate should have minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant (technical lead) experience in IT industry
•         UI/UX/WEB/WAP Technology Project Experience of greater than 4 years
•         Leadership Skills – ability to estimate SOW basis SRS, develop, manage complex software projects with large User Interface and middleware components.
•         Exposure to Software Security and Quality standards.
•         Exposure to write Software for large scale request handling with ability to scale out.
•         Experience in Customer Interface, should be able to interact and build relationships with the Customer
 
Candidates from premier Engineering Colleges only preferred (IIT/NIT/NSIT/BITS/BIT/DCE)
