• Demonstrates deep knowledge of customer needs and competitive situation and uses this knowledge to develop clear product / feature plans
• Experience with new and emerging web, client side and native mobile platforms including iPhone, Android, Windows Mobile, Blackberry
• Demonstrates analytical skills to evaluate alternatives & make compelling recommendations
• Oversees market research and monitors competitive activity 
• Manages or oversees a product strategy and development
• A proven track record of delivering initiatives from conception through completion on time, within budget and on or beyond scope
• Experience designing intuitive user interfaces. Ability to create concepts through wireframes and mock ups
• Be the Product Owner in agile development cycle
• Manage on-going relationship with product groups & BUs for cross-functional projects
• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products
• Lead cross-functional team
• Frequently interact with product development team to influence them to develop products that meet customer needs 
• Exceptional Leadership, Communication and Presentation skills
• Deep understanding on web and mobile analytics, with an ability to use data for decision making

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required. 
• A strong background (5+ years) in product management with a successful history of shipping innovative products. Total experience :8-10 years
• Experience in developing e-Commerce, Social and media products is strongly desired
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
• Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others.
• Willingness and ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
