UI/UX Designer
Location: Delhi/NCR,Mumbai

Position Details:
The candidate should have a passion for great design, an eye for detail, very good color and aesthetic sense, should have a strong sense of User experience and ability to understand and convert requirements and user behavior data into user-centric designs, transition and experiences.
Role:
 Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver aesthetically pleasing innovative user-centric design and experiences across mobile platforms and devices
 Hands on initial wireframes, prototyping and providing final designs
 Ability to apply web brand identity to mobile for a homogeneous look and feel
 Optimize among user needs, business goals and branding
 Personas and Use case developments
 Translate the directions into high detailed visual design with good color sense and branding
 Brainstorm with the team to create and develop new ideas for the next generation internet products

Desired Skills and experience:
 Expert knowledge of all the usual tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, pen and paper)
 Good to have knowledge of Flash, Skitch etc.
 Should have basic knowledge of xHTML, CSS3, HTML5, Javascript

Desired Competencies:
 Experience optimizing design for various bandwidth and platform requirements.
 3-8 years of experience in designing UI for desktop, Web and Mobile platforms
 Understanding of web & mobile design standards set by industry / companies
 Superb attention to detail.
 Good oral and written communication skills.
 Ability to assess problems and solve them with a strong sense of urgency.
 Ability to handle aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple responsibilities.
